Ashish is an engineer by qualification. He had worked with a number of companies including top software MNC in India and abroad. He had played important roles of Project Manager, Business Analyst, Business Consultant and Competency Development Owner.

After a long and highly successful stint with the IT industry, he chose to become an educator focussing on OD consulting, behavioural training, coaching and holistic wellness where he discovered his true calling.
