Differentiator
Our courses integrate three powerful approaches –Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP),
Somatic Intelligence and
Mindfulness.
This unique integration with some other related sciences help people identify and remove unwanted baggage, blockages and beliefs that result in slow progress or even stagnation.
What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
Neuro-linguistic programming was developed in the 1970s at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Its primary founders are John Grinder, a linguist, and Richard Bandler, an information scientist and mathematician. Judith DeLozier, Leslie Cameron-Bandler, David Gordon and Robert Dilts also contributed significantly to the field.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of how we think and communicate, with ourselves and with others, and of how we can use this to get the results we want. It relates thoughts, language, and patterns of behaviour learned through experience to specific outcomes.
It is a psychological approach that involves analysing strategies used by successful individuals including those from one’s own past and applying them to reach personal and professional goals. NLP provides practical ways in which you can change the way that you think, view past events, and approach your life.
NLP helps one achieve congruence between one’s subconscious and conscious mind be mastering the unique languages these ‘two’ minds understand.
In short, NLP shows how one can to take control of one’s mind, and therefore one’s life. NLP is a very practical approach that focuses on the ‘how’ more than ‘why’.
“ Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the Science of Achievement & The Art of Fulfilment.
~Tony Robbins
What is Somatic Intelligence?
In simple words Somatic Intelligence means the wisdom of our physical bodies. Latest research shows that the ‘brain’ is not limited to the organ encased in the upper skull. The brain is distributed throughout one’s entire body, and one’s body also subtly takes shape in response to various life experiences. The memories and emotions associated with them are stored across the body.
The research further shows that through the unconscious and highly adaptive processes of implicit memory and repeated shaping and setting, one may put various behavioural patterns on a neuro-muscular autopilot. Most of the times one is oblivious to these automatic ‘reactions’ to situations. The changes in the physical body in terms of shape, sensations or lack of them, postures and gestures influence one’s perceptions, state of mind, awareness of possibilities and eventually one’s ‘response’ to opportunities of growth and fulfilment.
Simple practices can lead to awareness and conscious change and thus help achieve powerful breakthroughs and outcomes in various areas of life.
“ There is one thing that, when cultivated and regularly practiced, leads to deep spiritual intention, to peace, to mindfulness and clear comprehension, to vision and knowledge, to a happy life here and now, and to the culmination of wisdom and awakening.
~Gautama Buddha
And what is that one thing?
It is mindfulness centered on the body.”
What is Mindfulness?
“Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.”
~Jon Kabat-Zinn
Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices that helps relieve stress, treats heart disease, lowers blood pressure, reduces chronic pain, improves sleep, alleviates gastrointestinal difficulties, improves emotional and mental health.
Thus our courses help people learn and apply powerful scientifically researched tools, techniques and practices to achieve breakthroughs, unleash their hidden potential and live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
